{Recipe} Breakfast Oatmeal Muffins

In literally just a few minutes in the kitchen, you can have pre-prepared, grab and go breakfast muffins sorted for the entire week. Keep reading for the recipe.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cups Oats
1/3    Cup Brown Sugar
1/2    Cup Milk
1/4    Cup Soft Butter
1       Egg
1       Tspn Baking Powder
3/4    Tspn Salt
2       Tspn Vanilla

Optional:

1/2    Cup Choc Chips OR Peeled and Diced Apple



Steps:
  • Combine all in a bowl and mix well
  • Add in any extra flavouring such as chocolate chips or diced apple pieces
  • Spoon into muffin cases
  • Bake at 180c until browned on top...That's pretty much it! Simple
