Valentines Red Velvet Swirl Fudge Recipe

7:00 am

Red, velvet and oh so sweet. For Valentines day, I know just the treat! Check out my Red Velvet Swirl Fudge Recipe below or see the video tutorial HERE.

2 Cups Milk Chocolate Melts
1 Cup White Chocolate Melts
1 Can Condensed Milk
Red Gel Food Colouring
Vanilla Essence
Pinch Salt

  1. Grease a large flat dish (lasagne dishes are great!)
  2. Prepare your milk choc melts in one large bowl and white melts in another
  3. Heat your condensed milk until bubbling (constantly stirring)
  4. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and salt
  5. Pour 2/3 hot milk over milk choc
  6. Add food colouring until desired red is achieved
  7. Pour remaining 1/3 hot milk over white choc
  8. Work quickly. Mix both bowls until smooth and creamy (you may even want to rest your bowls over another filled with hot water to keep the chocs from setting)
  9. Spoon random blobs of each choc onto flat base of greased dish
  10. Swirl
  11. Allow to cool and fully set
  12. Warm your cookie cutter or knife and cut to shape
Best served chilled and don't say I didn't warn you...this recipe is sickly sweet! One heart shaped serving as above will be plenty per gift or serving.
